Top 5 Tips To A Hassle-Free Energised Morning

I am the first person to admit I hate getting up in the morning. My desire to just stay in my warm cosy bed is so hard to over come. A repeat “snooze” button offender, I felt a need for a change. With my new semester at university just starting, what a better time to embrace the morning!

Veganism: Day One!

So today is my first day of being a fully-fledged vegan. I’m jumping in the deep end and going cold turkey (or does that phrase not work for vegans?) that means I’m not easing myself in, or having cheat days: I am now a vegan. I also figured considering today marks one year since I started blogging (eek!) it feels like I should pay tribute to this being one of the first major goals I’ve ever stuck with!

3 Life Changing Habits Of Happy People

We all like to be happy, Captain Obvious over here, and I’ve been doing my very best to be my happiest recently. It’s not because I’m unhappy, but simply because I want to maximise my life and enjoy it that little bit more. After reading a gazillion (or what it felt like) blog posts today on this cold rainy Saturday all cuddled up in bed with blankets and hot chocolate, I thought I would write my list of habits for happy people!
